What Can We Offer You Today?
Here’s the person who really “runs the show”! A licensed Realtor® since 1979 she’s got the knowledge those many years as an agent brings.
Linda handles all of the office “details” (and in a real estate transaction there are a myriad of them!) for us. Everything from writing purchase & sale contracts to lining up home inspections and appraisals (she even accompanies home inspections if one of our agents can’t make it because of scheduling conflicts). Knowledgeable in all phases of the real estate process (though she “prefers” the office paperwork) in addition to showing existing homes she’s also skilled at doing custom “build jobs” with clients and is comfortable working with builders and sub-contractors.
When you phone Andy Enrico & Company you’re normally greeted by Linda, who likes to take messages personally for the rest of the agents (she’s our answer to “voice mail”).
Linda prides herself on keeping track of all of the office transactions and if she can’t answer your question herself she will get you in touch with the person who can. Since 1981, she has attended virtually every National and State Association of Realtors® annual conferences and meetings where the latest changes and updates relating to the real estate industry are introduced and discussed.
Locally, she’s been a member of the Ada County Association of Realtors®(ACAR) “Circle Of Excellence” Committee (Served as chairman twice) and a Director of the Ada County Association of Realtors® Foundation (which dispenses money to needy and charitable community organizations and projects).
A recipient of the “Distinguished Service Award” from the Ada County Association of Realtors® and a long time member of ACAR’S and the Idaho Association of Realtors® “Honor Society”, Linda has always been a willing volunteer at both the State and local level. For the Idaho Association of Realtors® (IAR), she’s was a member on their annual Convention Committee and served as chairman of that committee one year. She also chaired the IAR’S State’s Convention Task Force one year.
Her “fun time” focuses mostly on quilting (there’s those “details” again!). She’s an avid quilter and loves to make all kinds of fun quilts that she donates for fund raising projects. Giving back to our community is a big part of her life.
